Downtown Cotter, the boat ramp, parks and downtown shopping are all less than 5 minutes away.

Do You Accept Long Term Stays?

Yes, we can accomodate stays for 30 days or even more. We offer discounts for longer stays as well. Housekeeping is available as well.

Do You Have a Parking Area for my Boat or Trailer?

Yes, we have a parking pad on the side of the house with easy parking.

How Many People Can You Accomodate?

The house sleeps up to 10 people comfortably.

What Is Your Nightly Rate?

Rates are as low as $99 a night depending on days of the week and season. We also offer a $50 credit for completing a survey about your stay.
